ONLINE REGISTRATION for SGPGI Breast Course-2016.

We have been receiving a number of enquiries about "ONLINE REGISTRATION".

While we do not have a truly online registration system in place, participants desirous of online registration and payment of registration & accommodation charges by direct internet banking transfer into the account of SGPGI Breast course  would need to follow the following process:

• Download the registration form given below, fill it in, and choose the appropriate category of registration, accommodation (if needed). Calculate the amount of money you need to pay on this account.
• Log-on to internet banking: Transfer the calculated amount online into our following account:

• In the remarks field on the online money transfer form- please write:

• Print out the confirmation page of the online money transfer (if printing is not possible- Note down the confirmation/reference no. of the online money transfer- write that on your registration form)
• Scan the registration form and the online money transfer confirmation page.
• Email the scanned registration form and other documents to following email ID's.
